No, you don’t need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account can make future orders quicker and easier, as well as provide you with access to order history and tracking.
We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective, typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery option, generally arriving within 3 to 4 working days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in selected locations for urgent orders, delivered on the same day.
No, COD is not available, but we will be offering it soon across all serviceable pincodes.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll be able to track it. We will send you a notification via email, SMS, and WhatsApp with a tracking link. Additionally, you can monitor your order’s status by logging into your account on our website, selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner, and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the corresponding Order ID.
To initiate a return or exchange for your order, please visit our website. Follow the instructions to enter the necessary details and choose the items you wish to return. Make sure to submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days. After we receive the returned item, we will contact you to confirm your request.
Please note that returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with their original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Yes, a fee of INR 100 will be deducted as a reverse shipment charge when processing your refund for any return orders.

A confirmation email for your order will be sent to your registered email ID and phone number. We’ll also notify you when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For orders up to INR 999, a shipping fee of INR 100/- will be applied. Orders exceeding INR 999 are eligible for free shipping.
Currently, we only deliver within India. However, you can place orders from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

No, you will receive only the exact amount you paid for the product.
You can cancel your order by email or WhatsApp within 6 hours of placing it. Alternatively, you can cancel your order by clicking the “Cancel Order” button in the order confirmation message.
To facilitate any potential returns or exchanges, we need to keep the tags on the product. We will mark out the prices on the invoice. Once you place your order, please contact us promptly. If you’d like to include a gift note, email it to us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 7076 380 530 right away so we can add it before shipping. Note that the gift note should not exceed 250 characters.
After confirming and accepting your order, you won’t be able to add additional products. For any other items, you will need to place a new order.
