RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At GrafiiTee, our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. We offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned items to reach us. For your convenience, we provide reverse pick-up services, with a flat fee of Rs 100 deducted from your refund, regardless of the number of items in your order.
Key Information:
- Reverse Pick-Up: We will attempt to pick up your return twice. If the pick-up is unsuccessful, you will need to send the items back to us at your own cost. Please note, reverse pick-up services depend on the availability in your area’s pin code.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, we will issue store credit within 1-2 working days after the return pick-up. The credit will be sent to your registered email or contact number.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the items are returned in poor condition or show signs of use.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return, and the amount will be credited to your bank account. Please Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders or online payments made through our website.
- COD Refunds: For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
- Non-Refundable Items: Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
GrafiiTee reserves the right to update the list of non-returnable items without prior notice.

Please note that items purchased during special promotions, such as Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) or similar offers that include free products, are not eligible for returns.

Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Be sure to include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 48 hours, including a reimbursement of INR 100 for courier charges for prepaid orders. COD orders will receive store credit equivalent to the paid amount.
Note: We strongly advise against using The Professional Couriers for returns as they may not reliably deliver to our warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for self-shipping, as it is a reliable, government-operated service with extensive coverage across India.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The bank account details you provide will be considered final. GrafiiTee is not responsible for any errors in the information provided by the customer.
- If you receive a delivery notification via SMS or email but have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for taking care of the products while they are in their possession, including keeping all original packaging and documentation intact.
- If you believe the product you received does not meet expected standards, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 1 day of receiving the item. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
- After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email. We aim to process refunds within 30 working days from the date of confirmation.
